The guilt video begins at night with a shot of the camera hovering above a brightly light city. It then pans down a tall building to the entrance where we see guilt written at the top in a neon light. When the vocals kick in we are in the club and there are two men walking down a corridor that shot is the emerged with the singer mouth lip syncing to the song with the use of editing she is also emerged with shot's of bright lights we see shots of her eyes as she sings As the song builds up we see shot's of the men sitting down there are also shots a women walking, when the beat drops we see the women as she begins to dance that is when we discover this ain't a normal club it's a strip club. As she dances it goes back and forth with the singer lip syncing. Their are different shot's of the dancer from many angles, we also get close ups of her she is used as the base track for the video. The Light's have a grate effect as it makes everything flashy and they grab your attention. We later get more shot's of the city backdrop and then some scenes with the dancer and close ups of objects. I really liked the use of lights and how the transitioned each scene. The cuts where not sharp or quick they all emerged into one another creating this endless scene of neon lights and dancing.
Our video will be a 360 to Nero's. We decided to take a different direction with our video compared to the guilt video we wanted the viewer to see more of the singer. Our video will also consist of dancing but not like in the guilt video. Even if we wanted pole dancer I don't think they have the skills to do what the dancer in the guilt video did. Our video will open with a opening shot of the location we will be filming in, I wanted the location to be in the city or in an urban area, Our music video will not have much of a narrative but will have a sense of structure. There will be climaxes where we have things break and smashed, I loved the lights we also wanted to put something like that in our video but we decided that all our scenes and shots will be shot in daylight unlike the guilt video.
Our video is going to need a lot of editing compared to the guilt video. We want to use a lot of technical edits such as slow motion shot's, rewinding clips, speeding things up and time lapsing. Our video will also be shot in more locations we are still in process of trying to figure out where but we have all decided we wanted at least 5 or more locations. We will be taking shots of the dancers from different angles and we will aslo be emerging some clips the rest will will do jump cuts.
