What is GOOD music to me?

I have always thought of this question, usually their is no right or wrong answer due to the opinions of many people. However my opinions of a good music may be different to most people. Here are the 2 main things i think make a music GOOD.

Message

Firstly the message has to be good a song has to have a meaning to it, such as: life,love etc.. 

I like music that makes the person hearing it think about what is being said. For example i might like a song talking about how life is a struggle and we must always be strong. Why? because it makes sence having a song that is beneficial to the world for example instead of showing materialistic things such as: money, doing drugs, smoking, etc... these things are not beneficial for the person hearing the song. If anything it would make them more agressive and have that kind of mentality. However if you listen to a song that talks about how the world is changing for the bad reasons or maybe somthing about love(No it does not have to be romance) such as: Loving your mother or father it would make many more people a lot more positive. 

Furthermore, going back to the meaning of the music i believe songs that show people not to take things for granted are a great example of this. For instance showing us that we are lucky of what we have and the fact we are still living while others in the world are dying, losing loved ones and having no happiness whatsoever. 

Trusting the artist

Now what i mean by trusting the artist is simply allowing yourself to listen to his/her music without thinking they are actually behind something negative. For example i would give the artist 'Lowkey' as he is a Poet, Playwright, Political Activist and Hip Hop artist. He talks about the world of politics and what is considered to be 'right'. His music may be offensive to certian people, maybe due to the fact they cant handle the 'truth' or they just do not like him. Although some people dislike him he has many that support him, and i am one of those people that find is music meaninful. One of his songs called 'My Soul' talks about how money, cars, and such does not make a person happy as people will always want more. He talks about the middle east and the struggle it is that they are facing.

I also love Nasheeds which are Islamic ralated songs which i believe are without a doubt such meaningful, loving songs.
